The first issue of CJSSBE (Volume 1, Issue 1) has been published!

Dear Colleagues,

 

 

We are happy to present to your attention the first issue of the Czech Journal of Social Sciences, Business and Economics (CJSSBE) which starts its first year of publication. The issue in PDF can be donwloaded here (in one file of 4.38 MB). 

The aim of CJSSBE is to provide a platform that supports the transmission of new scholarly discoveries in the fields of social sciences, business and economics and we have been excited about offering a platform that supports scholars in building upon intellectual treasures and advancing our understanding about various fields of research in novel and meaningful ways. Capitalizing on this effort, we now focus on furthering our scope and consolidating our position in both conceptual developments and practical applications in the fields covered by the scope of our journal.

The research papers presented in the first issue address a number of topics namely Ukrainian labour migration in Spain, the link between immigration and unemployment in the case of Denmark, the political science analysis of relationship between the European Union and Belarus, the link between poverty and political orientation in the Czech Republic, a historical overview of gas industry in the Soviet Union and present-day Russia, a culture satellite account application in the Czech Republic, an overview of the current situation of mergers and acquisitions on the Russian market, agent-based approach to the power market modeling, signaling effect of clusters and clusterization and FDI in Polish NUTS-2 regions, analysis of major preconditions of coal-hybrid power plants construction as a perspective direction of high efficiency heat-power engineering development, the relevance of power generating capacities based on the combined cycle power plants of high power.
